<ul><li>Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.</li><li>Monitor production processes to ensure that products meet quality specifications and standards.</li><li>Perform regular audits of production lines, testing equipment, and raw materials to identify potential quality issues.</li><li>Review and approve batch records, certificates of analysis, and other quality-related documentation.</li><li>Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and other regulatory guidelines.</li><li>Collaborate with production, R&amp;D, and other departments to address quality concerns and implement improvements.</li><li>Conduct training for staff on quality control procedures, standards, and best practices.</li><li>Prepare and review quality reports, including analysis of trends, non-conformance issues, and corrective actions taken.</li></ul>
