Job Description

1. Perform quality control testing of micro-injectable products, raw materials, and in-process samples.
2. Execute analytical tests using validated methods and ensure accurate recording of results.
3. Conduct microbial, sterility, and endotoxin testing as per SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
4. Review and analyze test data for compliance with specifications.
5. Investigate deviations, out-of-specification (OOS) results, and support CAPA implementation.
6. Maintain laboratory equipment, calibration records, and ensure proper functioning.
7. Prepare QC documentation, reports, and batch analysis records for audits and inspections.
8. Ensure adherence to GMP, GLP, and safety protocols in the laboratory.
