Description

Oversee secondary packaging processes, including carton packing, blister packing, labeling, and final packaging of pharmaceutical products.
Ensure that the secondary packaging process is conducted according to production schedules, GMP guidelines, and product specifications.
Supervise and manage the packing lines, ensuring smooth and efficient operations to meet production targets.
Ensure strict adherence to GMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements (FDA, WHO, etc.) during secondary packaging activities.
Monitor the in-process checks to ensure that labeling, batch numbering, and expiry dates are accurate and compliant with product specifications.
Identify and resolve any packaging issues, deviations, or discrepancies during the secondary packaging process.
Ensure that all secondary packaging operations are properly documented, including batch records, equipment usage logs, and packaging material reconciliation.
Prepare daily and weekly production reports, tracking performance, material consumption, and any incidents or deviations.
Maintain proper records for regulatory audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards.
