Description

Assist in the transfer of technology related to oral solid dosage (OSD) forms, ensuring smooth transition from R&D to production.
Coordinate with research, development, and production teams to ensure timely and accurate transfer of technologies, formulations, and processes.
Document all technology transfer activities, including protocols, processes, and results, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Conduct scale-up and process validation studies for new products and technologies before commercial production.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any technical or operational issues during the technology transfer process.
Prepare and review batch records, SOPs, and other documentation required for regulatory submissions and compliance.
Perform risk assessments and ensure that necessary quality controls are in place during the transfer process.
Train production teams on new technologies, formulations, and procedures to ensure proper implementation and execution.
Monitor the progress of technology transfer projects, ensuring milestones and timelines are met.
