1. Monitor in-process production activities to ensure compliance with SOPs and GMP standards.
2. Conduct regular inspections of production lines, raw materials, and packaging processes.
3. Identify deviations, non-conformities, and initiate immediate corrective actions.
4. Review batch manufacturing records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
5. Ensure proper implementation of in-process quality checks and sampling procedures.
6. Collaborate with production and QC teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
7. Participate in investigations of deviations, OOS results, and CAPA implementation.
8. Maintain proper documentation for audits, regulatory inspections, and quality reports.
