<ul><li>Perform in-process quality checks and inspections during various stages of production to ensure adherence to quality specifications and standards.</li><li>Monitor critical control points and production processes to identify any deviations from quality norms and take corrective actions as needed.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of in-process quality checks, including test results, deviations, and corrective actions.</li><li>Prepare and submit reports on quality performance and any issues identified during inspections.</li><li>Ensure that manufacturing processes comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., GMP, FDA, ISO).</li><li>Assist in preparing for and participating in internal and external audits and inspections.</li><li>Follow and enforce SOPs for in-process quality control and ensure that all procedures are consistently applied.</li><li>Update and revise SOPs as necessary to reflect changes in regulations or improvements in processes.</li></ul>
