Description

Conduct microbiological analysis and testing of raw materials, finished products, and environmental samples to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Perform sterility testing, microbial limit testing, and endotoxin testing as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Oversee routine microbiological activities, including culture preparation, media validation, and microbial identification.
Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration, validation, and upkeep as per regulatory requirements.
Review and prepare documentation, including test reports, validation protocols, and SOPs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Monitor and manage environmental monitoring programs within production and storage areas to maintain a sterile environment.
Investigate and resolve microbiological deviations, ensuring timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), GLP (Good Laboratory Practices), and regulatory guidelines.
Train and mentor junior staff in microbiological techniques, testing methods, and laboratory safety protocols.
