Job Description

1. Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials.
2. Ensure accurate material handling and storage as per FIFO/FEFO and GMP guidelines.
3. Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, and Stores for timely material availability and issue.
4. Maintain and verify warehouse documentation such as GRN, MRN, stock transfer, and dispatch records.
5. Conduct regular stock reconciliation and support physical inventory/stock audits.
6. Ensure proper labeling, batch traceability, and segregation of materials.
7. Monitor warehouse cleanliness, safety, and 5S practices.
