<ul><li>Conduct formulation development, experimentation, and process optimization for new and existing products.</li><li>Prepare prototypes, perform trials, and document all experimental results accurately.</li><li>Support scale-up activities from lab to pilot and commercial production.</li><li>Perform stability studies, compatibility tests, and troubleshoot formulation issues.</li><li>Coordinate with QA, QC, Production, and Regulatory teams for project execution.</li><li>Develop and revise SOPs, technical documents, and formulation records as required.</li><li>Evaluate raw materials, alternative ingredients, and new technologies for product improvement.</li><li>Ensure all R&amp;D activities comply with GMP, safety norms, and regulatory guidelines.</li></ul>
