Description

Quality Testing & Inspection: Perform routine and specialized tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet the required quality standards and specifications.
Compliance Monitoring: Ensure production processes adhere to internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP, ISO) by conducting regular audits and inspections.
Documentation & Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of test results, quality control activities, and any deviations, ensuring traceability and compliance with quality management systems.
Sampling Procedures: Oversee the sampling process, ensuring that materials are correctly sampled according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines.
Deviation Management: Identify, investigate, and report non-conforming products or processes, working with the production and quality assurance teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Equipment Calibration & Maintenance: Ensure that QC instruments and equipment are calibrated and maintained regularly to provide accurate test results.
Training & Development: Train production staff and junior QC personnel on quality standards, testing methods, and safety procedures to maintain high-quality production standards.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce waste, and increase overall efficiency in the production process.
