Description

Perform microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, water, and environmental samples to detect any microbial contamination.
Carry out tests such as bioburden, endotoxin testing, sterility testing, and microbial limit tests as per established protocols.
Conduct routine environmental monitoring of production areas, including air, surface, and personnel monitoring, to ensure a contamination-free environment.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data from viable and non-viable particle counts in clean rooms.
Prepare and validate microbiological media and reagents required for testing, ensuring they meet the required specifications.
Manage the growth promotion testing of media to verify its suitability for microbial cultivation.
Perform microbiological analysis of water systems (e.g., purified water, water for injection) to ensure they meet pharmacopoeial standards.
Document results and maintain records of water analysis, identifying any deviations and reporting them for corrective actions.
Conduct sterility testing on sterile products to ensure no microbial contamination.
Perform bacterial endotoxin testing (BET) using techniques like the Limulus Amebocyte Lysate (LAL) test.
