<ul><li>Operate, calibrate, and maintain analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, IR, and other QC equipment.</li><li>Perform instrument-based testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products as per SOPs.</li><li>Ensure all instruments are qualified (IQ/OQ/PQ) and maintained in validated condition.</li><li>Troubleshoot instrument issues and coordinate with service engineers when required.</li><li>Document calibration records, maintenance logs, and analytical data accurately.</li><li>Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines during all instrument operations.</li><li>Support method validation, method transfer, and analytical investigations.</li><li>Participate in OOS/OOT investigations by providing accurate instrument-related data.</li><li>Train team members on instrument handling and best practices.</li></ul>
