Job Description

1. Execute day-to-day soft gel production activities as per approved SOPs and BMRs.
2. Operate and monitor soft gelatin encapsulation, drying, and related equipment.
3. Ensure compliance with cGMP, safety, and quality requirements on the shop floor.
4. Maintain accurate batch manufacturing and production records.
5. Coordinate with QA, QC, and engineering teams for smooth operations.
6. Perform in-process checks and report deviations or abnormalities.
7. Support equipment cleaning, changeover, and validation activities.
8. Assist in training of operators and new team members.
