Job Description

1. Supervise and operate secondary packing activities such as cartoning, labeling, and serialization as per SOPs and BMRs.
2. Ensure correct packing of finished products into cartons, shipper boxes, and outer packs.
3. Monitor in-process checks including print accuracy, batch coding, leaflet insertion, and pack integrity.
4. Achieve daily production targets while minimizing errors, rework, and downtime.
5. Ensure compliance with GMP, data integrity, and safety guidelines on the shop floor.
6. Coordinate with QA and QC for line clearance, in-process inspections, and batch release activities.
7. Handle equipment cleaning, changeover, and minor troubleshooting of secondary packing machines.
8. Investigate deviations, packing discrepancies, and support CAPA implementation.
