<ul><li>Operate and monitor granulation equipment as per SOPs and batch manufacturing records (BMR).</li><li>Ensure accurate weighing, mixing, and granulation of raw materials according to formulations.</li><li>Monitor process parameters, maintain process consistency, and ensure batch quality.</li><li>Document all production activities accurately in BMR/BPR and maintain data integrity.</li><li>Coordinate with QA, QC, and Warehouse for smooth material flow and batch release.</li><li>Follow cGMP, safety, and hygiene guidelines during production operations.</li><li>Identify and report deviations, process abnormalities, or equipment issues.</li><li>Assist in preventive maintenance and cleaning of granulation equipment.</li><li>Support training of operators and junior staff on production SOPs and safety practices.</li></ul>
