Job Description
Operate and supervise tablet compression machines as per approved SOPs and BMRs.
Ensure correct setup, tooling selection, and machine parameter optimization for compression.
Monitor in-process quality checks such as weight variation, hardness, thickness, and friability.
Achieve production targets while maintaining quality and minimizing rejection and downtime.
Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and data integrity requirements.
Coordinate with QA and QC for in-process sampling, line clearance, and batch release activities.
Handle equipment cleaning, changeover, and minor troubleshooting of compression machines.
Investigate deviations, breakdowns, and quality issues related to compression operations.
