  4. Qualification: BPharm

Job Description

  1. Operate and supervise tablet coating machines as per approved SOPs and BMRs.
  2. Ensure proper preparation and handling of coating solutions/suspensions.
  3. Monitor critical coating parameters such as inlet/outlet temperature, spray rate, pan speed, and airflow.
  4. Perform in-process quality checks including appearance, weight gain, and uniformity.
  5. Ensure adherence to GMP, safety, and EHS guidelines during coating operations.
  6. Coordinate with QA and QC for in-process sampling, line clearance, and batch release activities.
  7. Handle equipment cleaning, changeover, and basic troubleshooting of coating equipment.
  8. Investigate and support closure of deviations, coating defects, and CAPA actions.
