<ul><li>Operate and monitor tablet coating machines as per SOPs and BMR instructions.</li><li>Prepare coating solutions and ensure accurate parameters for uniform coating.</li><li>Monitor process variables such as spray rate, pan speed, and temperature to maintain batch quality.</li><li>Document all coating operations accurately in BMR/BPR and maintain data integrity.</li><li>Coordinate with QA, QC, and Warehouse for smooth workflow and timely batch release.</li><li>Ensure adherence to cGMP, safety, and hygiene guidelines during all coating activities.</li><li>Identify and report deviations, equipment malfunctions, or process irregularities.</li><li>Assist in preventive maintenance, cleaning, and minor troubleshooting of coating machines.</li><li>Support training of operators and junior staff on SOPs, cGMP, and safety practices.</li></ul>
