Job Description

1. Operate and supervise capsule filling machines as per approved SOPs and BMRs.
2. Ensure proper setup, tooling, and machine parameter optimization for capsule operations.
3. Monitor in-process quality checks such as fill weight, locking length, and capsule integrity.
4. Achieve production targets while minimizing rejection, rework, and downtime.
5. Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and data integrity requirements.
6. Coordinate with QA and QC for in-process sampling, line clearance, and batch release activities.
7. Handle equipment cleaning, changeover, and minor troubleshooting of capsule filling machines.
8. Investigate deviations, breakdowns, and quality issues related to capsule production.
