<ul><li>Operate and monitor capsule filling machines and associated equipment as per SOPs and BMR.</li><li>Ensure accurate preparation of granules/powder for capsule filling and monitor process parameters.</li><li>Monitor capsule weight, fill uniformity, and machine efficiency to maintain batch quality.</li><li>Document all production activities accurately in BMR/BPR and maintain data integrity.</li><li>Coordinate with QA, QC, and Warehouse for timely batch release and material flow.</li><li>Adhere to cGMP, safety, and hygiene guidelines during capsule manufacturing.</li><li>Identify and report deviations, equipment issues, or process abnormalities promptly.</li><li>Assist in preventive maintenance, cleaning, and minor troubleshooting of capsule machines.</li><li>Support training of operators and junior staff on SOPs, cGMP, and safety practices.</li></ul>
