Job Description

1. Operate and supervise blending equipment as per approved SOPs and batch manufacturing records.
2. Ensure accurate dispensing, loading, and blending of raw materials to achieve uniform mixes.
3. Monitor blending parameters such as time, speed, and load to meet quality specifications.
4. Perform in-process checks and coordinate with QC for sampling and testing.
5. Maintain complete and accurate batch documentation and logbooks.
6. Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and EHS guidelines on the shop floor.
7. Handle equipment cleaning, changeover, and preventive maintenance activities.
8. Investigate and support closure of deviations, OOS/OOT, and CAPA related to blending operations.
