<ul><li>Supervise and monitor day-to-day production activities to ensure adherence to the production plan.</li><li>Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards during all manufacturing operations.</li><li>Review and maintain batch manufacturing records (BMR) and related documentation accurately.</li><li>Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, and Warehouse departments for material and equipment availability.</li><li>Monitor process parameters, yield, and productivity to achieve production targets efficiently.</li><li>Train and guide operators and technicians on SOPs, safety, and process improvements.</li><li>Participate in process validation, equipment qualification, and deviation investigations.</li><li>Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment and production areas as per SOPs.</li></ul>
