<ul><li>Execute manufacturing operations as per the approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).</li><li>Monitor and supervise production processes including dispensing, granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling, or packing based on the assigned area.</li><li>Ensure production targets are met with quality and efficiency while minimizing waste and deviations.</li><li>Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Warehouse, and Engineering for smooth execution of production activities.</li><li>Ensure equipment and area cleanliness before and after each batch and maintain proper line clearance records.</li><li>Perform in-process checks and ensure documentation is maintained as per Good Documentation Practices (GDP).</li><li>Handle shifts independently and supervise operators and workers to ensure discipline and productivity.</li><li>Identify and escalate any process deviations, equipment malfunctions, or breakdowns for timely resolution.</li></ul>
