Description

Oversee and manage daily production operations, ensuring products are manufactured efficiently and according to quality standards.
Monitor and maintain production schedules, ensuring timely completion of production targets.
Supervise production staff, providing guidance and training to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards.
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., inventory, procurement) to ensure the availability of raw materials and resources.
Perform regular quality checks to ensure that products meet required specifications and standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve any operational or technical issues that may arise during production.
Implement and oversee preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment and machinery function properly.
