Job Description

1. Operate and monitor production processes as per approved SOPs and BMR/BPR.
2. Handle equipment related to granulation, compression, coating, or capsule filling.
3. Ensure production targets are met with required quality and safety standards.
4. Maintain documentation as per GMP and regulatory guidelines.
5. Coordinate with QA, QC, and Engineering departments for smooth operations.
6. Perform line clearance, changeover, and in-process checks.
7. Identify and report deviations, breakdowns, and process abnormalities.
8. Follow EHS norms and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
