Description

Operate and monitor packing machinery for oral solid dosage (OSD) products, ensuring machines are set up and functioning properly.
Verify that packing materials, including bottles, blisters, labels, and cartons, meet quality specifications before use.
Ensure that tablets, capsules, or other oral solid products are packed accurately and safely according to batch records and regulatory requirements.
Perform visual inspections of packed products to check for defects, such as broken tablets, misprints on labels, or packaging errors.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the packing process, ensuring accurate labeling, sealing, and packaging of products.
Record relevant production data, including batch numbers, quantities packed, and any deviations or issues during the process.
Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality control standards throughout the packing process.
Monitor and troubleshoot machinery to ensure smooth operation, performing minor maintenance or adjustments as necessary.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area, following strict hygiene and safety protocols.
Work closely with the production and quality control teams to meet production targets and ensure product quality and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
