Description

Conduct routine microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and water samples.
Perform microbial limit tests, pathogen detection, sterility testing, and other relevant microbiological assays.
Carry out environmental monitoring of production areas, including air sampling and surface swab tests.
Maintain accurate records of test results, observations, and deviations in compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
Prepare reports, Certificates of Analysis (CoA), and documentation required for regulatory submissions.
Report any non-conformances or out-of-specification results to the Microbiology Manager and assist in investigations.
Ensure proper maintenance, calibration, and cleaning of microbiology lab equipment and instruments.
Prepare, sterilize, and dispose of culture media, reagents, and microbial waste as per safety guidelines.
Monitor inventory levels of laboratory supplies and reagents, and request replenishments when needed.
