Description

Conduct microbiological testing, including microbial limit tests, sterility testing, endotoxin testing, and environmental monitoring for raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
Perform identification and quantification of microbial contaminants using techniques such as culturing, PCR, or other microbiological methods.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment used for microbiological analysis, such as incubators, autoclaves, laminar flow hoods, and microscopes.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of microbiological samples and reagents.
Accurately document all microbiological testing results, observations, and deviations according to GMP standards.
Prepare and review microbiological test reports, summarizing results and drawing conclusions based on the data.
Maintain proper and organized records of test results, validation protocols, and microbiological procedures for auditing and regulatory purposes.
Investigate and document microbiological non-conformities or out-of-specification results, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
