<ul><li>Perform microbiological testing of raw materials, water, environment, and finished products.</li><li>Conduct sterility testing, microbial limit tests, and endotoxin testing as per pharmacopeial standards.</li><li>Monitor controlled environments through environmental monitoring (EM) and personnel monitoring.</li><li>Operate and maintain instruments like autoclaves, incubators, laminar air flow, and particle counters.</li><li>Perform water analysis including Total Viable Count (TVC) and MPN tests.</li><li>Maintain and calibrate microbiology lab equipment and ensure aseptic conditions.</li><li>Document all results accurately in accordance with GLP and GMP guidelines.</li><li>Investigate microbial contamination and support root cause analysis and CAPA.</li></ul>
