<ul><li>Perform routine microbiological testing on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.</li><li>Conduct environmental monitoring to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.</li><li>Prepare microbiological media, reagents, and samples for testing.</li><li>Conduct sterility tests, endotoxin tests, and microbial limit tests as per SOPs.</li><li>Record, analyze, and report test results accurately and in a timely manner.</li><li>Assist in investigating microbiological deviations or non-conformities.</li><li>Ensure all microbiological laboratory equipment is calibrated and maintained.</li><li>Support validation and sterilization studies in collaboration with other departments.</li><li>Adhere to GMP and regulatory guidelines while conducting tests.</li><li>Assist in training and educating junior staff on microbiological techniques and safety procedures.</li></ul>
