<ul><li>Experience in Sterile Formulation is mandatory.</li><li>Assist in planning and executing the daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.</li><li>Monitor the production process and ensure the timely completion of manufacturing tasks in line with company targets.</li><li>Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, materials, and machines to meet production goals.</li><li>Continuously monitor manufacturing operations to ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).</li><li>Identify bottlenecks in the production process and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and minimize downtime.</li><li>Assist in implementing Lean Manufacturing principles and other process improvement initiatives.</li><li>Ensure that production meets established quality standards and take corrective actions when deviations occur.</li><li>Collaborate with the quality assurance team to conduct quality checks and inspections at different stages of production.</li><li>Investigate non-conformance incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.</li></ul>
