<ul><li>Provide technical support for hardware, software, networking, and IT infrastructure issues.</li><li>Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.</li><li>Manage user accounts, email setup, data backups, and access control.</li><li>Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, internet connectivity, and firewalls.</li><li>Maintain and update antivirus, operating systems, and IT assets inventory.</li><li>Support ERP, HIS, or other enterprise applications as per industry use.</li><li>Ensure system security, data protection, and compliance with IT policies.</li><li>Assist in implementing new technologies and IT automation initiatives.</li></ul>
