Description

Develop and optimize formulations for new products in line with project goals, regulatory requirements, and customer needs.
Conduct experiments to determine the appropriate combination of ingredients for effective and stable formulations.
Work on various formulations, including oral dosage forms (tablets, capsules), topical formulations (creams, gels), or injectables, depending on the industry.
Conduct pre-formulation studies to understand the properties of active ingredients and excipients.
Scale up formulations from the laboratory to pilot scale and ensure manufacturability.
Perform analytical and physical testing on prototypes and finalized formulations to assess quality attributes such as stability, efficacy, and safety.
Conduct stability studies under various conditions (e.g., temperature, humidity) to determine shelf life and storage conditions of formulations.
Analyze and interpret data from stability testing and suggest formulation adjustments or improvements as necessary.
Develop and implement stability protocols to ensure formulations meet regulatory standards for product safety.
