<ul><li>Develop, implement, and monitor EHS policies, procedures, and programs across the facility.</li><li>Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards.</li><li>Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents; prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local, national, and international EHS regulations and standards.</li><li>Organize and conduct safety training, awareness programs, and drills for employees.</li><li>Monitor environmental parameters such as emissions, effluents, and waste management.</li><li>Coordinate with production, engineering, and management teams for safety and environmental initiatives.</li></ul>
