Roles and Responsibilities

*Should have good knowledge of TPA billing.

• To prepare Daily outstanding report and forward the same to Head Corporate Billing.
• To do follow up for pre auth. Form of in or out patient.
• To do follow-up with TPA for getting AL.
• To solve query received from TPA and revert accordingly.
• To prepare all type of certificate related to insurance as per requirement of patient and company.
• Make entry in Credit patient software.
• Prepare MIS report of the TPA patient admitted / applied.
• Prepare MIS report of Denial received.
