Description

Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate children's strengths and areas of need in motor, sensory, cognitive, and social-emotional skills.
Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings and collaborate with parents/caregivers to set realistic goals.
Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to enhance children's functional abilities and independence.
Provide therapeutic activities and exercises to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, handwriting, self-care skills, and social participation.
Monitor and document children's progress regularly, adjusting intervention strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including speech therapists, psychologists, educators, and physicians to provide holistic care.
Educate parents/caregivers on therapeutic strategies and techniques to support children's development at home and in other environments.
Stay updated on current research and best practices in pediatric occupational therapy through professional development activities.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
Valid license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Delhi, India.
Experience working with children with developmental delays, sensory processing disorders, autism spectrum disorders, and other special needs.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with children, parents, and team members.
