  • Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to enhance children's functional abilities and independence.
  • Provide therapeutic activities and exercises to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, handwriting, self-care skills, and social participation.
  • Monitor and document children's progress regularly, adjusting intervention strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including speech therapists, psychologists, educators, and physicians to provide holistic care.
  • Educate parents/caregivers on therapeutic strategies and techniques to support children's development at home and in other environments.
  • Stay updated on current research and best practices in pediatric occupational therapy through professional development activities.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Valid license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Delhi, India.
  • Experience working with children with developmental delays, sensory processing disorders, autism spectrum disorders, and other special needs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with children, parents, and team members.
