Description

  • Conduct medical consultations and examinations for women seeking obstetric and gynecological care, including prenatal visits, routine check-ups, and specialized assessments.
  • Assist in the diagnosis and management of obstetric and gynecological conditions, such as pregnancy-related complications, menstrual disorders, infertility, and gynecological cancers.
  • Participate in prenatal care, labor and delivery management, and postpartum care for pregnant women, ensuring the health and safety of both mother and baby.
  • Perform gynecological procedures and surgeries, including pelvic examinations, Pap smears, colposcopies, endometrial biopsies, and minor surgical interventions, under the guidance of senior medical staff.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including obstetricians, midwives, nurses, and other specialists, to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  • Provide counseling and education to patients regarding contraception, family planning, prenatal care, childbirth preparation, breastfeeding, and women's reproductive health issues.
  • Participate in on-call duties and emergency obstetric and gynecological services, responding to labor and delivery emergencies, obstetric complications, and gynecological emergencies as needed.
  • Document patient encounters, medical histories, examination findings, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and comprehensively in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
