Description

Conduct medical consultations and examinations for women seeking obstetric and gynecological care, including prenatal visits, routine check-ups, and specialized assessments.
Assist in the diagnosis and management of obstetric and gynecological conditions, such as pregnancy-related complications, menstrual disorders, infertility, and gynecological cancers.
Participate in prenatal care, labor and delivery management, and postpartum care for pregnant women, ensuring the health and safety of both mother and baby.
Perform gynecological procedures and surgeries, including pelvic examinations, Pap smears, colposcopies, endometrial biopsies, and minor surgical interventions, under the guidance of senior medical staff.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including obstetricians, midwives, nurses, and other specialists, to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
Provide counseling and education to patients regarding contraception, family planning, prenatal care, childbirth preparation, breastfeeding, and women's reproductive health issues.
Participate in on-call duties and emergency obstetric and gynecological services, responding to labor and delivery emergencies, obstetric complications, and gynecological emergencies as needed.
Document patient encounters, medical histories, examination findings, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and comprehensively in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
