- Assess patients’ nutritional status and dietary requirements.
- Prepare personalized diet plans and therapeutic diets as per medical condition.
- Counsel patients and attendants on healthy eating habits and lifestyle changes.
- Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff regarding patient nutrition care.
- Monitor patient progress and modify diet plans accordingly.
- Plan hospital menus ensuring nutritional adequacy and hygiene standards.
- Maintain diet charts, nutrition records, and documentation.
