Nursing Supervisor

• Nursing supervisor required for a 50 bedded hospital in Jalandhar. 
• Experience with implementation of NABH standards is preferred.
• Should be able to supervise junior nursing staff, hold regular teaching activities and maintain highest standards of nursing care.

Leadership and Coordination:

• Supervise and lead the nursing team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate nursing schedules, assignments, and patient care activities.

Staff Development:

• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Conduct training sessions and mentorship to enhance team skills and knowledge.

Patient Care Oversight:

• Monitor patient care delivery, ensuring adherence to established standards and protocols.
• Address and resolve issues related to patient care quality and safety.

Communication:

• Facilitate effective communication between nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Relay important information and updates during shift changes.

Problem Solving:

• Address challenges and conflicts within the nursing team promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to find solutions to improve overall patient care services.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to maintain high standards of care.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
