Description

We are looking for Nursing Superintendent ,having minimum 8 years experience.
Can handle all the queries of nursing staff can manage their duties ,can prepare their monthly roaster and handle all patient relation query.
Lead and supervise nursing staff, including registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and nursing assistants, to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate patient care.
Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards of practice to promote evidence-based nursing care, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate nursing staff, and provide ongoing education, mentoring, and professional development opportunities to support staff competency and career advancement.
Manage nursing department operations, including staffing levels, work schedules, budgeting, resource allocation, and equipment maintenance, to optimize departmental efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, administrators, and allied health providers, to coordinate patient care, resolve clinical issues, and improve interdisciplinary communication and collaboration.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality improvement initiatives, and participate in audits, inspections, and performance improvement activities to maintain regulatory compliance and enhance nursing care quality.
