Nursing Superintendent

To oversee the nursing staff and operations in the hospital. 

This includes:

• Coordinating patient care.
• Managing the nursing staff.
• Maintaining patient records and reports.
• Providing patient education.
• Ensuring compliance with standards of practice.
• Provide leadership and direction to the nursing department, including recruitment, hiring, training, and supervision of nursing staff.
• Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, best practices, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate nursing care delivery, patient outcomes, and staff performance to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for enhancement.
