Position: Nursing Superintendent

Role: To supervise and manage all nursing services in the hospital and ensure quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff.
• Ensure high standards of patient care and nursing practices.
• Prepare duty rosters and manage nursing schedules.
• Monitor discipline, attendance, and performance of nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and infection control standards.
• Coordinate with doctors and other departments for smooth patient care.
• Train, mentor, and guide nursing staff.
• Maintain nursing records, reports, and documentation.
• Manage nursing supplies and equipment requirements.
• Handle patient complaints related to nursing services and implement corrective actions.

Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing/DGNM (Preferred)

Skills Required: Leadership, communication, team management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
