Description

Candidate has to work in rotational shift.
Morning Shift & Evening Shift & Night Shift.
Language: MARATHI, HINDI & ENGLISH is Mandatory.
Reach ward at proper time in full uniform.
Checking and recording inventory like dead stock and drugs of crash card.
Proper handling, taking over of each patient.
Missing or damaged equipment’s should be reported to sister in charge.
Carry out the procedure of admission and discharge of the patient.
Giving all comprehensive health care to all assigned patient.
Take rounds with the doctors and to follow the doctor’s order and see that they are carried out.
Follow the rules of six rights of administration of medication.
Assisting doctors in various medical and surgical diagnostic procedures.
Preparing patient for various investigations and procedure of operation.
Recording of vital sign, i.e. temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure.
Performing gastric lavage, giving enema etc.
Give expert bed-side nursing to all patients.
Health education should be given to the patient and his/her family members regarding diet, meditation, exercise, follow up.
Psychological support should be given to patient and also to relatives.
Maintaining good interpatient relationship with patient and their family members.
Send used boxes and tray for autoclaving and collect the materials from CSSD in time and maintain the register of it.
Monitoring the patient after giving any medication and blood transfusion for reaction.
Monitoring and observing the general condition of the patient.
Giving ward orientation to new staff.
