Nursing staff

• We are having urgent opening for Male GNM & BSC nursing staff in Western Mumbai.
• Timings: 12hrs shift
• Working Days: Mon to Sat
• Experience: 2 to 5 Yrs.

Patient Care:

• Provide hands-on care to patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily activities.
• Attend to the physical and emotional needs of patients, ensuring comfort and promoting a positive healing environment.

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting care plans, interventions, and any changes in the patient's condition.
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team through written and verbal reports.

Medication Administration:

• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians, following proper protocols and dosage guidelines.
• Monitor and manage potential side effects, reporting any concerns to the nursing supervisor.

Patient Education:

• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
• Provide instructions on medication management, lifestyle changes, and preventive measures.

Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in patient care conferences and contribute valuable insights to the healthcare team.

Infection Control:

• Adhere to strict infection control protocols to prevent the spread of infections within the healthcare facility.
• Follow proper hand hygiene and sanitation practices.

Emergency Response:

• Respond promptly to medical emergencies, applying first aid and initiating life-saving measures as necessary.
• Maintain readiness to handle unexpected situations and crises.
