Nursing Staff

Patient Care:

• Provide compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Conduct initial patient assessments and regularly monitor patient vital signs, symptoms, and overall health status.

Treatment and Medication Administration:

• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed interventions as per the healthcare provider's orders.
• Monitor and manage intravenous (IV) therapy, if required.

Wound Care:

• Perform wound care, dressings, and other nursing procedures with a focus on infection prevention and patient comfort.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to manage patients with complex medical needs.

Patient Education:

• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
• Provide guidance on post-discharge care and follow-up instructions.

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with documentation standards and policies.
