Roles and responsibilities:

• Clinical Excellence.
• To provide exemplary leadership to facilitate delivery of outstanding nursing care for Apollo homecare patients.
• To deliver outstanding clinical care guided by evidence based medicine and ethical practices.
• To monitor the care delivered and provide the necessary clinical leadership to facilitate better recovery.
• To provide Goal based care for patients resulting in better outcomes.
• To formulate and implement nursing care protocols and pathways for common home healthcare presentations.
• Supervision of field work.
• Service excellence.
• To provide Home healthcare with human touch driven with empathy and compassion.
• Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders involved in patient care.
• Maintain and monitor feedback from the patients and family about the services.
• Team work with other home healthcare providers.
• Promote the culture of team building with all levels of healthcare providers and create a interdisciplinary team approach towards patient management.
  Training and development:
• Responsible for formulating structured training programs focused on clinical knowledge, skills and attitude required by home healthcare providers.
• Lead the clinical case discussions and outcomes meetings.
• Mentoring other physicians and clinical staff.
• Others:
• Clinical data review, analysis and intervention to improve clinical care for patients.
  Profile description:
• Nursing graduate/MSc with minimum 10 years of experience.
• Experience of JCI/NABH audits.
• Teaching, faculty development.
• Passion to address the need of patients with Chronic ailments.
• Communication skills, team player.
• Prior experience in home healthcare preferred.
