Description

Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff, including Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
Supervise and evaluate nursing staff performance, providing feedback, coaching, and mentoring as needed.
Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration among nursing team members.
Coordinate patient care activities, including admissions, discharges, and transfers, to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.
Assign patient care responsibilities to nursing staff based on patient acuity, staffing levels, and staff competencies.
Monitor patient care delivery and intervene as needed to address any issues or concerns.
Ensure that nursing staff adhere to established nursing protocols, policies, and procedures.
Monitor patient assessments, medication administration, and treatment plans to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards of practice.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans.
