Description

  • Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff, including Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
  • Supervise and evaluate nursing staff performance, providing feedback, coaching, and mentoring as needed.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration among nursing team members.
  • Coordinate patient care activities, including admissions, discharges, and transfers, to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.
