<ul><li>Manage the team and ensure the comfort of patients before, during and after medical procedures and surgery.</li><li>Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to nursing staff, including registered nurses (RNs), licensed practical nurses (LPNs), and certified nursing assistants (CNAs).</li><li>Develop and communicate clear goals, expectations, and performance standards for nursing personnel, fostering accountability and excellence in patient care delivery.</li><li>Conduct regular staff meetings, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions to support professional development and address performance issues as needed.</li><li>Coordinate and oversee patient care activities, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers and interdisciplinary teams.</li><li>Ensure adherence to evidence-based practice guidelines, nursing protocols, and quality standards to promote safe and effective patient outcomes.</li><li>Monitor patient acuity, staffing levels, and workload distribution to optimize resource allocation and maintain quality of care.</li></ul>
