Carefirst is one of the fastest-growing Home Health Care companies in South India, with operations in Bangalore and Hyderabad. Our Company provides trained and compassionate care to patients in the comfort of their homes with the help of our Nursing Assistants (NA), Registered Nurses, Physiotherapists, and medical equipment (on Sale or Rent). At the moment, we are serving 200+ patients per day in Hyderabad and Bangalore. At Carefirst, every city has a Team of Managers and Coordinators (20:1 for every 20 staff and one coordinator) to take care of the respective departments and staff. We provide in-house training for NA and Nurses and Hospital training for Nurses to keep them duty-ready. During every Home Care deployment, we ensure the Manager or Coordinator visits the patient's residence along with the clinician/staff and checks the safety and security of our team members. We also keep in touch with our deployed staff members at a planned frequency to check whether they are comfortable and whether day-to-day requirements are taken care of. As Nursing Assistants, they will take care of Patients Day to day activities, Vitals, and Medication and Hygiene part only, we do not take up any maid kind of work or household work for any staff.
